Technical data when you visit the website
When a page loads, the hosting provider may process technical data such as your IP address, request time, page address and browser information. This is used to deliver and secure the website and resolve technical issues. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in maintaining a secure and functional website. The data is kept according to the hosting service’s operational and security needs.
Contact form enquiries
We process your name, email address, phone number, selected service and any message you provide. We use this information to respond to your enquiry, communicate with you and discuss possible cooperation. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; for general questions, it is our legitimate interest in responding to your message under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
How long we keep the data
If an enquiry does not lead to cooperation, we keep the form data and email correspondence for 12 months after the last communication. If cooperation begins, data needed to perform the contract and accounting or tax records are kept for the applicable statutory periods.
Who may process the data
The website and info@codefy.sk mailbox are hosted by Websupport s. r. o. When form protection is enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile, provided by Cloudflare, Inc., loads to distinguish people from automated bots; the server then verifies its token. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, provided by Google Ireland Limited; your browser connects to Google servers to retrieve them. Depending on service settings, data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area; providers describe applicable safeguards in their privacy notices. We do not use the data for marketing profiling. Authorities may also receive data where required by law.

Do you have to provide the data?
Your name, email and phone number are required to handle an enquiry through the form. The form cannot be submitted without them. The message is optional; you can submit an enquiry without it.
Your rights
Subject to GDPR conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing. Where processing is based on legitimate interests, you may object. Where the legal basis is a contract or pre-contractual steps and processing is automated, you may request data portability. Send requests to info@codefy.sk.
